Can't find any proper fix/answer to this issue.
Grabbed FE:Warrior, the dlc and the 1.5 update but the game refuse to acknowledge that i have the dlc installed while the update items are working. Tried the USA or EU that are available around and the dlc still doesn't work or show up.
Got the latest lumia on n3ds 11.9.0-42E, tried locale changer and lumia got game patching enabled.
