As far as I know its close to 100%, without any real slowdown as far as I can tell. Even games like Starfox 1&2 work really well. My XBOX snes emu doesn't even do that!

Thanks for the input, but I'm looking for a more specific answer... I've seen different timings all across the board on different emus all over the place. vNES seems fast, so I'm wondering.

They are 99% perfect, every game I've ever tried works on fullspeed. They may be 100%, I don't know, but there is always that weird obscure Japanese rom that never loads for some reason. Though I haven't come across any.

Emulation wise, they are perfect, most updates are new features and bugfixes, because emulation is already down pat.
