ROM Hack FBI remote install issue

Hello,
When I go into Recieve URLs over the network and use socketpunch to send a .cia file, "install from the received URL (s)?" I give it yes and exit install finished and the same procedure is repeated several times. before it worked until I used ftpd snap and now the microSD card management tool that comes integrated with the 3ds and connected it with es file explorer and now fbi remote install doesn't work.
Pd: I am using android to transfer file.

    @SylverReZ find me ONE community that is free of drama and politics. even video games forums (like this one) have politics section. and for some reason gamers still take consoles/brands wars seriously. even as a kid i never took the console wars bait despite being a nintendo kid.
