Homebrew FBI help?

Im attempting to install the blargSNES.cia since then I wont need internet to use blargSNES.
But every time i try to install it, it says
"Install failed!
blargSnes.cia
Could not initialize AM service"

please note im using tubehax to load the homebrew launcher and to run FBI.

We've been through a lot of this today.

But once again, cia's will not work with the new userland exploits just introduced.
9.2 or less = YES CIA
9.3 or more= NO CIA

Oh thats a shame :/ Looks like I'll just have to use my R4 3DS for snes emulation. Hopefully something will come up in the future.

Many others today flew into a fit of denial over it.

Yeah I have been seeing extremely negative stuff about it. Looks like people get desperate over pirating/emulators.

I know, but the thing is, I only have tubehax, and I want to run blargSNES when Im on a trip, or on a plane.

I only heard about the exploit yesterday, So i missed out on ironfall.... Looks like I'll have to wait and see if smea creates a new exploit without the need of internet or if ironfall gets readded.
