Hacking FBI Failed to delete title

I was following the guide to go from A9LH to B9S and am at the part where you have to make a sysnand backup. The guide says I need at least 1.3GB of free space, but I have about 2.3GB of free space and the backup thing still says I don't have enough space.

So I launched FBI to delete some titles, but deleting any of them doesn't work. I get an error saying failed to delete title, and that it says it's 'permanent' or something.
If I try to delete at least one title, when it fails, and I exit FBI, all the installed CIA and apps disappear from the homemenu, and only reappear after a restart. How can I fix this?

Yes, they do, after the restart to bring back the missing games.

Apparently it's not about having a bigger microSD card, but the microSD card I have itself is most likely corrupted. I get errors when trying to format it on my PC no matter what program I use, even CMD. I'll try using another microSD card and edit this comment on what happens.
