Homebrew FBI error while downloading themes using QR codes

yes themes from Theme plaza

I see you're new to this 3DS homebrew thing.

FBI is used to download and install *.cia files.

For themes at theme plaza, that job is handled by Anemone3DS.

Ah one more question sir can i still update my 3ds in order to use Eshop? im using Luma 9.1 (or B9S whatever you all it)

Yes you can.
Updating with CFW is safe, and even after the updating process, you can access the eShop, buy games and themes, playing online, et cetera.
