ROM Hack FBI ERROR DOESNT WORK

Hi, i just had a problem and ill like to ask you. yesterday, i was trying to install a game which is heavy, i did it in the normal way, downloading from the internet and copy to the cias folder on my SD. but when i tried to start FBI to install it, shows me this error, never before. what can i do?

i also tried to do a backup of my sd card and i couldnt bc some file which is corrupted. ive got a Mac Os device if it may help you to answer me. thank u and please answer

Apparently your SD isn't well recognized or isn't well inserted on. However, I recommend that you analyse the SD card to discard any error/failure/damage/corruption on it.

For Windows users there is quadruple format + H2TestW analysis. Dunno for Mac (the 3DS guide recommends this to format, and this other to check for errors, in change).
