Homebrew FBI Error - 0xC960454C

hi guys,
I am recieving a FBI errror on CIA's which are random as they intall fine on my other 3ds.

does anybody know what this error means?
Failed to install CIA file
result code: 0xC960454C
Level: status (25)
summary: internal (11)
Module: FS (17)
Desc: Bus: Stop bit error (332)

Are you using the same SD card for each 3DS or separate ones?

Edit: I'm reading either do a system format or backup SD card and format that. You won't do anything to A9LH but will have to re-inject FBI to H&S and install all the necessary CIAs again(if you format system).

Same SD card, its a 8gb which im swapping for a 32gb tommorow, i'll take the lot off and reformat the SD card and run checks on it, it should be fine though as i installed a9lh w/ luma with it

If formatting your SD card doesn't do it then the 3DS might need to be formatted as well. That seems to have fixed other people's problems with that FBI error your getting.

My solution to this error is reboot the console but you need do this with a crashed game (sorry for my english)
