Hello. I am encountering an issue when I try to scan a QR code from FBI. I searched on Google and found that I should update FBI/Luma/GodMode9. I followed this video.

All went smoothly. Just one problem.

My FBI was duplicated. My previous FBI is on version 2.4.11 while the new one is 2.5.0

And when I try to Exit the new FBI or some other apps like the Settings (click Start) or click Home and close it there, I am encountering this

Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Please do not follow video guides in the future. They become outdated quickly and leave out crucial details. I'm assuming you injected one into the H&S app and the second one is the actual FBI. I believe godmode9 can fix this, though I can't test it untill I go home. Using the method you used to inject and see if there's an option to restore the h&s app.

Yes. My first FBI is injected into H&S app. What should I do so it won't duplicate? Oh and about the error I always encounter not just on the FBI app, what should I do to fix it?

I personally think you should delete the 2md fbi that isn't injected and use Rosalina injection to load FBI. Also, could you screenshot your luma settings?
