Gaming Favourite Pokemon Version Poll

Hello everyone

I know this topic has been brought up many a time, but I thought that it was time to dig up the grave and give that dying zombie another stern look.
I have always loved the Pokemon franchise myself, however, every game seems to make it worse and worse in favor of profit.

What I ask of you is to complete this poll as I'm really interested to see if people understand what I'm saying or are willing to stay with the dying trend.

I've never played it myself, although I have heard about it before. The first game I played was Heartgold, but in my opinion, B&W2 is the best as it took advantage of hardware and added many new features

I can say I've played at least a version from every generation and although I loved the 1st generation (RGBY) and their remakes for the GBA, I really enjoyed the new features added during the 2nd gen. (Gold, Silver and Crystal) and their remakes for the NDS.

The newer ones were still good and enjoyable, but can't be compared to the 1st and 2nd gen. games!

No, I just said it. The ability for Pokémon to follow behind a trainer.

Yes, it all started with Pikachu in Pokémon Yellow. But then they have allowed it for any of the 6 Pokémons the player carries in the bag (player's choice).

Crystal doesnt have its own entry.
Yellow does.
Emerald in the same category as Leaf Green and Fire Red
Platinum got its own entry.
