Death Note as my favorite,
Fullmetal Alchemist as my second favorite, although it did come really close.
And then there's Naruto, BUT DO NOT JUDGE IT OFF OF THE DUB! The dub is pretty terrible (used to ok...) You have to watch the actual Japanese Shippuuden series. I like the manga the best, though...

EDIT: xcalibur, You have to show the second Death Note theme song! That one is the best...
