Hacking Fatal Error

Hey,
My brother was trying to get into Mario Kart and pressed ok when it asked him to update, now when i try booting the switch up it just says "Fatal error: [NXBOOT]: Unable to identify package1!", i tried deleting the atmosphere and sept folders and re-installing them but it didnt do anything, any help would be appreciated since im fairly new to this kinda stuff, thanks.

Sounds like he updated system firmware to 12.0.0, wait a few days for support.

Next time, don't leave Wi-Fi settings on a hacked console; that is unnecessarily risking a ban.
