Any idea how to fix this? I can't boot up now. Literally I just set up my Switch, downloaded my first game from a trusted shop within Tinfoil and before it installed all the way, my system restarted with this error message.

I don't think I formatted the partition correctly. I didn't allocate any space for EmuMMC.

I can't inject a payload from RCM and I can't boot up the Switch with my old MicroSD card even though I didn't change anything on it (Fatal error: Failed to stat stage2 (atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin)!

Trying to figure out how to format correct partitions on PC using DiskGenius right now but no clue. It just lists my SD card capacity as 1984GB when I try to partition, yet it shows the accurate amount as 59.5GB on the actual SD Card list...

Would it just be best to reformat my SD card and start downloading the required files from scratch again? I'm worried that if I reformat and delete everything I still may not be able to boot into the Switch or access RCM. Then I'm hooped.

SOLVED: My guess seems to have been correct. I followed Birb's guide and removed the backup file (30GB) from my SD card this time so that I didn't have any issues correctly partitioning the EmuMMC portion of the card. I'm successfully running games now though for some reason my save data is coming up blank in Cadence of Hyrule and it loads to the very beginning when selected. I'll have to figure that out next...
