So I finally managed to softmod my memory card, BUT now there's another problem. One is only able to put 4gb files at the most into fat32 format stuff (in my case, a flashdrive). Is there anyway to overcome this ? Some kind of WORKING way of putting a 6gb file into that fat32 flashdrive.

You need a program that overcomes this. I use USB Util 2.0, there's also USB extreme. They allow you to put games over 4 gb on a flash drive or external hdd.

Btw, how can I use the USB Util 2.0 to what I need ? How do I use it to copy big gb iso files to the fat32 flashdrive ?
