Well you could still make a hardmod and wait for sighax (it only requires raw NAND access (to be installed) which is the whole point of a hardmod).
Also sighax might take time as it requires a bootrom dump (to be made) which is not something public yet.

the only way to get games taken down are 1. if they have been purchased before or 2. if they are in youre wishlist (as nintendo cant take down the apps completely or theyre would be uproar amongst those who paid for it and cant redownload... according to ToS you own the license to the title so not being able to redownload it would cause a problem with their own rules... as such they only remove the eshop links and not the actual game links which is why you can even pay and download vvvvvv even after "taken down"... so basically a lesson to keep... if theres a rumor of it... put it in the wishlist... also the most likely you would have is 4swords as it was redistributed (for free no less)

if you have the ticket. however if nintendo where to ever switch to a server/client sync check of games installed it would likely try to brick your device (however i see this unlikely as titles can be 1. purchased without an nnid or 2. preinstalled. so for the most part as long as they are properly signed (aka anything you can install with k11) it should be fine

Then yes, it is quite possible to do the NFIRM downgrade with that console.

Yes, as you said, this only add some features to the userland like install legit cias, but do not let you downgrade in any way alone

One thing i don't understand about this is if even with NO CFW you can install LEGIT cia in the sytem. Is possible whit this hax?

dsiware if i remember right need k9 and k11 to be installed? as the dsi only has k9 / k7 i believe only thing k11 is used for is the launcher

What If we find a qr code for the game online?Will this take us to the link of the game?
