Depends on where you live as well. For me everything but MU totally sucks (like, under 250Kbps). With MU I get around 1Mbps.

MediaFire since it's pretty lenient on its rules. As for speed, I can't even cap anything out anyways. Now, I've had 1mb/s there when using a public place's internet on a weekend though.

Megaupload has all my anime when it's not in my torrents though(Or if it's not seeding fast enough).

Mediafire always maxes me out at 35mbps on my current connection. Megaupload usually does not, but not always.

Someone once recommended Illimitux 4.0. It's a FireFox add-on that bypasses wait times and limits of RapidShare and MegaUpload and a few others. Whilst it's not perfect, it's a useful alternative sometimes.

If you have a dynamic IP, then you can just configure Jdownloader or Cryptload (though cryptload has been having more problems with MU and RS so I stopped using it) to reset your router and you'll have limitless downloading!
