Gaming Fantasy Life Origin Island DLC

In the internet you find some downloads for the .cia of Fantasy Life and its DLC Origin Island, too.
My question is, can I install this DLC through the downloadable .cia and I can use it in the .3ds version of Fantasy Life?
If not, is there a way how I can get Origin Island DLC for the .3ds version without going to ingame shop because I can't access it even with HANS I cannot.

If you're able to install cia's then just install the dlc, it should work on both .3ds and .cia versions of the game.

It will work with dstwo+ and gateway but not sky3ds
