While I was installing games on my new OLED switch with tinfoil. I noticed that the fans started running, I put my ear right next to the fan and could hear it blowing air. This has me concerned since I put thermal paste everywhere I was supposed to.
To make matters worse, I can't replicate the issue. I've tried stress testing with MK8 and Zelda, but I cannot get the fans to turn on. How is it possible that tinfoil was getting the switch to turn on the fans, but a graphic intensive game(for the hardware) doesn't get the fans to turn on?
I'm worried and hoping one of you can enlighten me.
