fan work just when turning on

hi
i have an OLED and tried to install picofly2040 after the installion the fan work immedietelly when i plug the battery, and torn off after im turning on...
i tried to replace thermal paste and check the fan ribon cable and to put off the pickofly but the fan work wron, turn on when is off turn off when is on...
i will be happy if someone knows this problem and have an idea

If you go into Hekate, does it show a reasonable temperature?

I presume the Switch does have some temperature sensor and turns the fan on with that information.
Maybe that circuit got damaged somehow.

Unfortunately i Have a Damage So no hekate just original

The original firmware/os doesn't show any details unfortunately.
Maybe a visual inspection can reveal something.
Also look for water damage or corrosion in those areas.

For different models, the chips are usually location in the same area as the connectors.
