I've recently buyed a ps3. It's on lastest rebug, and I have enabled fan control in webman, with a target temperature of 68°. I have the psnpatch plugin installed to not be banned when using cfw. However, when I disable cfw with psnpatch (l3, r3,r2 at the same time) the fan instantly become very loud (jetplane) and it's not caused by the temperature which is low. Other than that the PS3 is working perfectly fine.
Any idea what could be causing this problem ?

My guess is that since webman controls your fan speed, when psnpatch disables it it goes back to normal and it becomes way louder than webman's configuration is.

It happens to me as well, it always has since I have rebug, doesn't bother me too much because I don't play online. My guess is that since webman controls your fan speed, when psnpatch disables it it goes back to normal and it becomes way louder than webman's configuration is.
Well sad if there if nothing I can do... Thanks anyway
