Gaming fallout 3 not working on win7

I installed fallout 3 on my pc with windows 7 and worked fine until i installed the latest pach to be able to load my DLC.
Well now I am unable to load the game and this message comes up
"the ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll"
whatever that means, if anyone knows how fix this i will appreciate it very much.

Google that exact error for a possible solution. That's what I always do and in your case, there are lots of discussions about it.
