I Cleaned It. It Works GodMode9 Shows The Rom. I Think This Is A Fake Blank Cart.
If You Want The Rom I Can Send It.
What You Guys Think?

From what I can tell this is a fake. Take a look at the Nintendo logo on the backside of the cart for example, original carts have a small circle above the o on the right side and the font looks wrong too. If that's no enough proof take a look at the first four letters of the code below the NTR-005 PAT. PEND. text. They should be BA7P but are ADAD (The ID4 for the german version of Pokémon Diamond).

You probably shouldn't send it here even if it doesn't work
It looks really used so it's more likely that it's broken or the pins need more cleaning and a fake cart would probably be for a more popular game

It could be but it's also possible that your DS is reading the cart improperly because the pins have bad contact

Probably not because it's a read only memory
If this is a fake card and it has a different kind of memory maybe it would be possible but it would be very hard and it's better to just use a flashcard
