ROM Hack failed update problem

Hi all i've been give a nintendo switch to look at possibly get working again,
i was told it was halfway through a system firmware udpate but somehow got cancelled or interrupted!

The console won't power on and there's no battery charge indicator, the battery seems to be charging ok i tested it with a multimeter and is at 3.7v
so is there anyway to reflash the firmware by the sd card or the usb port? also the device detects when plugged into a usb port
but i can"t access the actual sd card files etc im hoping its fixable , i've tried all the reset procedures but no luck yet.

Hi it won't power up so i'm wondering if i can flash it with something or run a tool or something to see if the hardwares ok and it's just bricked.

Update!!! i ran NxloaderrRB on my phone connected usb c cable and hit the injection button and got the following screen so there's some life in it i'm hoping to restore to unmodded! I have an sd card in it with atmosphere and other files on it im hoping nand back up is in there somewhere but can't seem to find it can anyone point out
What the files are called that I need to restore the nand ? cheers.
