I used the plug-in to install SD2Vita then it asked me to format. My dumbass self did and now it asks me to reformat each time I turn my vita on. It always tells me "failed to mount ux0. is a memory card inserted? (c1-2758-2). What do I do?

could be a defective sd2vita. also, I think this can happen if the sd2vita isn't plugged in all the way. I know that freezing on the ensou logo is an indicator of that.
