Hacking Failed to install cia file

Hey! I've been trying to install numerous times the dlc for Phoenix Wright Spirit of Justice and it's impossible... Everytime I get this error:

Level: permanent (27)
Summary: invalid state (5)
Module: AM (32)
desc <unknown> (18)

I managed to install another dlc cia file, but it doesn't actually have the dlc.

Could use some help. Thanks in advance!

Your DLC CIA file is fake/corrupted. Re-download the file, if it still doesn't work, then get a different one.

We can't tell you where because that would be helping piracy and we are of course against such practices. However, if you can't create a dump of your own legitimate copy, perhaps a search engine can help.
