Homebrew "Failed to initialize services: D8E06406"

When ever I launch FBI with the SoundHackZ/(X) Homebrew It will show the Message

FBI has encountered a fatal error!

Failed to initialize services: D8E06406
Press any button to exit.
What do I need to do to fix it???

How many threads? Jesus. You can't use FBI presuming you're on stock 11.3
