Hacking Question Failed to import ticket

Hello. I am on 7.0.1 cfw Kosmos and I have problem with few nsp files. I have installed MK11 without any problems same like with the smash bros. I have tried to install rapala fishing pro and at final stage tinfoil says Failet to import ticket: numbers.tik. I did try goldleaf. It install nsp withut any problem but when I try to run it it keep asking me to connect to the internet and when I press no it wont boot game. I have installed all signpatches. ANy ideas?

There were some bad updates going around, the certificate was bad. You can install it by enabling "standrad crypto" in tinfoil, or just delete it and redownload a fixed version.
