I currently have a Nintendo switch with SX OS running on 2.7 I currently want to give the Nintendo switch to my cousin and would like to know how if there a way to make it into a factory system again with out using the dongle anymore.

So you want delete SX OS? Best would be to restore a clean NAND backup (which you hopefully have created before you hacked your switch). Also disable autoRCM. Then you can factory reset your switch if you like to.
