Hacking EZV sleep mode

Hey, i have had my ezv for around 2 weeks now, and have had no problems... until yesterday when sleep mode started acting all messed up. now, whenever i close my ds during a game, the screens start flashing and it makes weird noises.
I am pretty sure that it worked before. Has this happened to anyone else, or does anyone have any idea of what happened?

Playing Advance Wars DS? There are few games that even the retail cart doesn't sleep properly when you have a flash cart in slot 2.

Really? didnt know that...
But it seems to be working now, still dont know what happened...
