Hello Everyone.

My Ezflash Jr keeps getting stuck on loading, almost every time I try to use it.

If I try to take out and put back in the microsd card repeatedly very fast. It ends up working for a little while.

Updating the firmware doesn't fix it, nor trying in different hardware (tried in almost every version from DMG to AGS-101

I'm thinking that the card slot pins maybe are bent and it's not making proper contact. it's really expensive to buy another one of these on my country so I would want to make sure that's the problem before trying to unsolder and fix it.

Anyone know if is there a way to know if the Ezflash is reading the card correctly?

Thank you all in advance.

This is probably a silly question, but have you checked that the 'ezgb.dat' file is actually on the sd card, because the message you're seeing is what you see when that file is missing. I know, because I've accidentally deleted it myself before and then spent hours scratching my head wondering why it wasn't working! :D

4-32GB microSD card, FAT32, 32KB file allocation unit size.

Please check your microSD card meets the above conditons or not.

The microsd is a 4gb sandisk and it was fomated that way.
I'm pretty sure it's the card connectors. is there a way I can see if the Ezflash is able to read the card correctly?

Have you had this SD card for a long time? Some old SD card may have issue when loading?
Do you have another SD card for test? like the red 32GB sandisk.

I've tried multiple SD cards, even the one I use on the ezflash omega

hmmm. it seems the sd slot pin contact problem is true.

You can use a flashlight and a magnifying glass to observe the pin in the slot first.
