1. the skin editor(desktop arrangement) release in next week.
2. 3in1 improved openbeta kernel with below function also next week, with skin arrangement support.
patching clean gba rom on console with sram/eeprom/flash patch.
multi rom write/delete possible ( multi/single mode toggle able)
multi rom mode also support standalone card.
load to psram possible(only in single mode)
support cht file put in the CHT folder.
NO MORE PC SIDE 3in1 TOOL ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!
