u mean the 'chkdsk' thing? I did, and it only found sthing not right with castlevania PoR (funny it works perfect for me)

ehh... what should I do now

If you ever find an error when you do chkdsk your microSD card, (preferrable from DOS-VM and not Windows Explorer), you M U S T copy everything off your card. Re-format with deafault settings (format ?: /v:Ez5Flash /x), where ?=your custom drive letter for your usb-attached microSD card.

If the fat32 isn't solving your situasion try, the command:
cmd(DOS-VM) from "START"-"All Programs"-"Run..." write: cmd

DOS-window: format ?: /fs:fat /v:Ez5Flash /a:8192 /x
(? = your custom drive letter for your connected memory card)

There are as many versions of how to get your NDS customized, tuned to your needs, type of SD-card, configuration and expectations. Many posts in a varity of forums related to configuration of NDS flash cards are inconcluesive regarding to what will be the optimal settings regarding the complexity everybodies hardware spec generates.

MY advice is: Try Fat32 first, (The only reasin for not using ut, is the chance of compabillity problems, since GBA carts (both originals and homebrews) are Fat16-formated . To trunk the FAT every time shouldn't, but it will give a greater chance for freeze or crash.

I want to get some points across to you Lodox :

When you are testing do it properly.
Thus testing with only 1 rom 1 save on 1 newly formatted SD card.

If this is stable that you can add more games but DO test the hell out of it (save game like 20 times or over). When you put more roms on it and it will corrupt then you have your answer there, that means you have to see if you can get another MicroSD for testing.

If a new card displays the same errors you know it is your EZ-5. If it doesnt you know it is your MicroSD card ....

It is almost like memory on a computer once you have a fault some where on the Dimm you can forget about running you computer without crashing ...

Everything's fine now, thanks for the help all. I set card speed to 3 and I didn't encounter a single save corrupt for 5 hours of playing, and a lot of saves

Thanks for Godot0102 for a card speed chart
