Hi all - I already encountered the incompatibility with the CycloDS Evolution since I have the newer EZ Flash hardware (just got it today) ... but I am trying out Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool (Slot2) since it shouldn't require any specialized interaction with the CycloDS. My question is: is it supposed to take an extremely long time to backup a DS game? I'm attempting to back up CrossworDS and it's been going for almost 3 hours and is only at 21%. I'm just wondering if this kind of speed is expected or perhaps I failed to set something up correctly. Any suggestions would be appreciated (or experiences with backups taking a specific amount of time).

Here's what I've figured out so far: the current version of Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool (Slot2) does not work correctly with the the new revision of the EZ Flash 3-in-1 (plus). It completes, but not only takes a long time, it fails to do anything with the copied ROM (doesn't prompt for the Slot1 card or anything). I have no problems with the GBA Backup Tool so only the NDS backup seems affected at this time. I'm not certain whether it is just an incompatibility with the EZ Flash 3-in-1 plus or also affected by the CycloDS Evolution's inability to 'see' the slot 2 device. Either way, it doesn't work at this point.

I may give the Wifi Backup tool a shot ... or just download backups of my games (that would be faster).
