Hacking EZ Flash Reform & Save Managers

Hi, I'm looking to purchase a EZ Flash Reform but need a bit of help.

Firstly, what's a reputable shop to purchase one from? I have a CycloDS Evo/SuperCard DStwo I'm looking to pair this with.

Secondly, will this version of EZ Flash work with either Rudolph's GBA Backup Tool or "savegame_manager"?
I want to be able to migrate legit GBA/DS saves to and from their carts and I know the original EZ Flash V was capable of performing this.

This is not an EZ-Flash 3in1 expansion pack. It's a standalone GBA flashcard. You can probably get the saves from the MicroSD in the flashcard, but not with a tool from DS mode.
