Hacking EZ Flash Omega SAV/ESV file

Hello, I'm french, sorry for my bad English …
I have a problem with my EZ Flash Omega, kernel 1.06 and firmware 7.
I want to play to pokemon red-blue-yellow on game boy.
When I play, the save is writting, it's .ESV file.
But I want to put my save in the memory SD Card.
My save is in .SAV file.
It's not working … Can I convert .SAV to .ESV with a soft ?

The reason it is an .ESV file is because the ROM is being played through an emulator. The emulator also has to use the .ESV format so it can save its settings as well. To my knowledge, there isn't any software to wrap a .SAV to a .ESV.

You can't "convert sav to/from esv" but you can open an esv file and replace the (GB) sav it contains

Okaay. Can I edit my save .esv with a soft to have all pokemon and finish the game at 100% ? (Pokémon red blue yellow GB).
Like a soft pkmnSaveEditor
