For some reason the NOR formatting process for my new EZ Flash Omega DE is taking forever- like it said it would take a few minutes in the menu and in the manual, but it's been like 3 1/2 hrs and it's still not done. Just keeps counting up in binary. Could this be because of the SD card I'm using? I would assume that wouldn't be relevant, but I really don't know what else it could be. I only had one 32MB game on there.

If it's going for hours then something really went off the rails and it might be writing to places it shouldn't.
alright, imma restart the system in that case and see what happens

Is this the current situation? The first 32MB game can run, and any further games written after that will not run?
Is it possible to try to do an operation as follows:
The first game is 16MB, and then write a 32MB to see if this 32MB can run, if not, the probability is that a solder point on the BGA chip desoldered, you can contact the dealer to replace.

It went like this:
I wrote the first game to the NOR (32 MB/256 Mb), for some reason it started with a white screen with weird audio, which could have been because it was a modified ROM (still works when launching from SD). I then tried to format the NOR and it wasn’t formatting, or it was taking an extremely long time, so I restarted. After I restarted I wrote a 16MB game that worked fine, but it wasn’t the game I wanted so I used the “delete” option on both the 16MB game and original 32MB game. Once I did that I tried writing any other game but it would stop writing at 32/256 or 32/64 Mb. I then tried a 2MB game (AGS test cartridge) which wrote fine and ran but now other games stop writing at 16/64 Mb or 16/256 Mb.

So, I am formatting all NOR, and as the case, I have several minutes of formatting and like 2 hours, going up Binary Numbers. What do i need to do? Still wait or what?

Edit: My AA batteries ran out of energy and nowadays it seems like it nothing happened. So modern kernel and software doesn't corrupt the NOR Flash on the DE.
