My Ez flash Jr is relatively brand new. Played pokemon silver to give it a quick test, it didnt save, I tried a second time, same deal. I updated the firmware as well. Kinda disappointed, I bought the Jr so I could play GB/GBC RPG's without having to worry about the data erasing randomly so I could actually complete the game....

My EZ Flash Jr has the same issues... Now stands on top of the shelf, waiting a firmware update to solve this problems.

Pokemon silver works and saves fine for me. Check your card and see if you have a "SAVER" folder (could be "SAVE", i don't have the EZ-Flash Jr. with me to check). If not, try creating it manually.

Do note that after you save in pokemon silver and power cycle the gameboy, the initial writing of the save file can take quite some time (sometimes up to a minute) - do not power it off when it is creating the inital save.

I think that worked, thanks.
