Hardware EZ flash 3 in 1

Ok so my EZ flash 3 in 1 won't work on my cyclo ds I use Rudolphs 3in1 Tool and when I boot it up it says ez flash 3 in 1 not found why?

The 3in1 ExpPack Tool is very old, and it doesn't support the revised 3-in-1 chipset that was released about a year ago. Use GBA ExpLoader instead.
