I have recently bought a 3-in-1 from nds-card.com, and found that the battery was dead. When I opened it up, there was no battery inside. At all. There was an empty space, but no battery. It is a 3-in-1 Plus according to Gba-Exploader. Sorry for the blurriness and large size, I am in a hurry.
You will have to solder a new one to it or send it back and get a replacement.
