If you have a DStwo, I don't see the point really.

The main use for it (in my opinion) is to play GBA games, but the DStwo runs them better than the expansion would.

I got a EZF 3-in-1 for free from a friend, and I found it difficult to use and unreliable.

The EZFlash 3in1 is far FAR better than awssk8er gives it credit for. It has superb GBA compatibility when compared to the DSTwo's emulator.

Having the SCDS2 already though, I'm not overly sure if it's worth the money to go after one.

EZFlash 3in1 has support for GBA Games, rumble and Ram Expansion which support the official Nintendo Web browser and it can also be used as a standalone GBA card.
If you're looking to use the DS Browser or if you're interested in rumble support then get it.
Btw you can also backup your NDS or GBA Games/Saves with 3in1 using NDS Backup Tool 3in1.
