umm, can I use this just by wireless connecting my 3ds to my computer or do I need some specific hardware to do so?

if there is a simple and yet detailed guide as to how to use this would be even better, thankz.

copy contents of it's 3ds folder to your 3ds folder on your sd card, as long as you have homebrew which you do correct?

You would use decrypt9 to dump it as a rom onto your SD card, which you can physically plug into your computer and transfer (I recommend this), or you can use FTP to transfer the rom to your computer.

Edit: Ignore me, I thought you were talking about the ROM and not the setup.
