Homebrew Extracting & Restoring Pokemon VC saves

Are there any programs that can extract/restore the gen 1 VC saves? I'd love to extract my VC save to play Pokemon Stadium and obtain a surfing Pikachu and then restore it.

Use jk's save manager

Well，I think I didn't catch the point，what you want is just to get a surfing pikachu ，not the mini game，right？then you should use cfw to get your save file，sdf or jk' save manager
