ROM Hack Extract CIA?

I tried extracting my cia "BadgeCenter.cia" with Asia81's hacking toolkit and I could not find the extract location. Where does it extract to? Help?

you can extract cias, but why not just grab the contents from cdn?
unless the contents of the cia you have is already decrypted?

I Just want to know how to simply extract a cia with something that will work well on 32bit. I dont have the time right now to upgrade to 64.

this has nothing to do with 64 bit, right, or, what is the problem you have because you are on 32bit?

why do you think you need to extract the cia?
it might not help you depending on your situation.
i don't know if the cia is encrypted. if it is, do you have a 3ds that can run tools that are needed to decrypt the content?
if you do, you don't necessarily need the cia, you can download the files straight from nintendo and decrypt them on your 3ds, if you have the titlekey.
your best situation is if the cia is decrypted and then you won't have to decrypt the contents on the 3ds.

i assume you will want them decrypted...?
download from CDN (not 3ds)? you could use 3DNUS or something like that, or FunkyCIA if you have a ticket for it, or without a ticket if you play around a little

ehh they are on gbatemp somewhere, search 3DNUS is windows only, FunkyCIA is a python tool
