Hacking External vs internal w/cfw

Now I always hear internal hdd works faster than usb drives when if comes to loading times. Who here besides me who else is using external drives instead of investing in a larger internal one? I have an external 2tb drive and 160 gb internal, what you using?

Used to have a 1TB internal I stole from a laptop I purchased when I replaced it with an SSD.

Now I just stream all my games from my NAS, and put back the old 120GB that came with it. Plenty of space for most game installations and no need to fuss with cables/opening the unit/backing up data/messing with FTP transfers. Just throw the ISO on the NAS and ready to play.

Thanks I never thought about that possibility! I wouldn't have to invest in a bigger internal and cut the cords all together!
