Experience with 4coolday

Well, I was talking with another temper to decide on what flash card to get with my shiny new Crimson and Onyx DSLite, and I decided on the M3 Real. I decided to go to 4coolday to order it.

1. Registered with 4coolday

2. Put the M3 Real with rumble in my cart

3. Checked out.

4. Waited for about 32 hours until I decided to contact 4coolday about why my order status is still "pending"

5. Got a response saying they had a holiday the day before and my order will be shipped today. (Someone tell me if there was really a Chinese holiday in the last week)

6. Order was shipped as promised.

7. contacted them again to ask if there was a tracking number I could get, and as of 24 hours later there is no response from seller.

I'm not going to make any assumptions about this company yet, but so far their communication is hit and miss.
anyone else have experience with this company?

1. Your order state is pending for more than 32 hours , i think you send the money by "paypal echeck" ,you know the paypal echeck need 3-5 business day to clear.If you pay by "paypal instantly", the order state is "processing" .
2. What shipping method did you choose? if it is free shipping, there is no trackingNo. , you can see the info in our shipping page.
3. We don't work on weekend, so there is a little delay for the reply, sorry about that.

I ordered from them over 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my order. As soon as they sent me a shipping email they stopped responding to any of my emails.
