Hacking Exception Error

I recently installed b9s on my 3DS with 11.4 using DSiWare. I followed all steps on 3ds.guide but every time I try to open any application in the homebrew channel an error comes up:
"An Exception Error occurred
Processor: Arm 11 (core 0)
Exception Type: undefined instruction
current process: 3dsx_app"
I checked the files multiple times to make sure I have everything that the guide tells me I need but I still bump into this problem. Anyone know how to solve this?

Try disabling the bottom option in the luma config. If that doesn't work, try this version of luma: https://3ds.guide/luma_legacy/boot.firm
