I am thinking about getting the eWin2 micro-sd because of how dirt cheap it is. I don't care about gba or anything like that. So I would like to know the cheapest pass-me that works with it. Also, if anyone could tell me the best microsd card type that goes with it. I have seen the mk4 but if there is a cheaper one than please tell me and were to buy it. Thanks

Why don't you try the new EDGE slot-1 card? It's just about as cheap, and you won't have to mess with a PassMe.

You can always get a 3-in-1 or Ewin Expansion Pak later to run the browser (and GBA games if you develop an interest). With the Ewin2, you can't run the browser no matter what, since there's no RAM. So a slot-1 card/expansion pack combo is the way to go.
