Hardware Every Controller drifts the same. Even new one. Calibration doesnt work.

joycons, pro controllers..... the camera looks down and turns ins cricles. i already replaced the flex cable. calibration obiously doesnt work either. could the m92t be the problem?

edit: replaced the m92t. any other ideas?
