ROM Hack European and USA ROM save conversion?

I want to save my European version of The World Ends With You into a USA version of the save. Is this possible at all? ^^

Just rename the save to match whatever name your US save would be. It works with some games but not all.

Outside of that, no.

usually savegames between different regions are only different if the games themselves have a big difference.
