Euro switch, American wifi

I bought an oled switch from France and now I can't use mobile hotspot on my phone and was forced th change channels on routers for switch to find my 5ghz.
Is there anything I can do? Maybe send to nintendo for "repairs?"

Probably the hotspot on your phone doesn't support 5Ghz tethering.
Another thing is to check what authentication method (WPA2 or WEP) your phone is using.
Trying to connect with WPA2 to a WEP hotspot also won't work.

Nintendo likely won't repair your Switch because you bought it in another country.

Well technically its not broken so nintendo won't do anything anyway.
